EOY Application will open on
PROBLEM
with SAVING DATA
Some users have not been able to
save their data onto the EOY database. They try to save data to Table 1.
The problem is related to the use of the browser Internet Explorer, Version 7
(IE7).
SOLUTION
If you are experiencing this
problem, you may try a different computer in your district. If that does
not solve the problem, you must change the browser you use to Mozilla Firefox or IE6. Go
to the homeroom page (http://homeroom.state.nj.us/), click on Download Current
Browser (under Tools), and select Firefox.
Switching to Firefox has worked
for every user who has encountered the problem.
